Yes! You can download our app to as many iOS and Android devices as you’d like, so the entire household can receive alerts or check in at home.

How to set up alerts for your camera

You can turn on/off motion detection in the camera settings:

  1. Access to the Bosma Home app
  2. In the Device List, click the camera you want to set up the motion detection to access the live view
  3. In the live view, go to the ‘Settings’ in the bottom of the app
  4. You can find the ‘Motion and Notification’ in the middle of the Settings, click to setup motion and notification
  5. Click ‘Turn alert on’ to enable motion detection. You can also customize the sensitivity and recording method in each tab.

Thank you for purchasing your new Bosma camera!

In order to offer the perfect post-sales experience, please read the description of the limited product warranty card carefully and preserve it properly.

  1. Bosma USA Inc. warrants its enclosed products contained in the box will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
  2. The limited ONE-YEAR WARRANTY begins on the date of purchase. Please retain a copy of your receipt as a proof of purchase.
  3. Users who purchase products in 7 days with equipment performance problems, and there is no visible physical damage, will be provided with a brand new product. After confirming the product faults by our company, we will replace with the same type of products.
  4. The products after warranty will enjoy the remaining period of the original promise warranty add 3 months. Products with costs maintenance, the same performance issues will enjoy three months for free warranty from the maintenance day, please obtain and retain your maintenance certificate.
  5. Our limited warranty does not cover the following:
    • Fail to follow the installation guide, improper handling, storage, installation, testing on the product.
    • Alteration, modification or improper repair and maintenance
    • The products damage caused by the unexpected factors or human behaviors, such as improper input voltage, high temperature, water, mechanical damage, and severe oxidation or rust;
    • Due to the force of nature, including but not limited to earthquake, flood, hurricane, lightning, tornado.
  6. The final interpretation and modify right in the warranty

 

Limitation of Liability

 

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOSMA USA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR MALFUNCTION OF BOSMA USA PRODUCTS, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS OR COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE BOSMA PRODUCT, EVEN IF BOSMA IS INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Bosma USA, LLC and/or affiliates thereof (collectively, “Bosma”) are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who utilize the www.bosmausa.com website (the “Site”). Please read the following policy to understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you may provide to us via this Site. This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time, so please revisit this page often to remain fully informed of our policies.

Through the Site, Bosma collects from you:

  • Contacting Us. The Site permits you to reach out to us via our Contact Us form. Whenever you send an email via the Contact Us form on the Site, you may be providing us with your first name, last name, email address and any information you choose to provide in the text of your message. For example, you may choose to provide your phone number, mailing address or other information necessary or helpful for us to address your query or concern.
  • Further, the Site may allow you to submit information to Bosma regarding positions of employment with Bosma and/or to apply for employment positions with Bosma. In such event, you may provide us with your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the information contained in your resume, and/or additional information you choose to provide us about your employment history and/or other relevant information.
  • Technical and Other Information. While you are browsing the Site, we automatically log your IP address (a number assigned to your computer when you use the Internet) and your activity while using the Site.

 

TRACKING

Please note we do not engage in the collection of personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services. Accordingly, we do not currently process or comply with any web browser’s “do not track” signal or other mechanisms that provide consumers with the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across third party websites. Further, we have not knowingly authorized any third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site. Nonetheless, such third-party companies (e.g., companies providing features or functionality on the Site, etc.) may collect and use non- personal information during your visits to the Site and other websites in order to provide advertisements on other sites about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. These companies typically use a cookie or a third-party web beacon to collect such information.

MODIFICATIONS

We strive to maintain the accuracy of any personally identifiable information that may be collected from you, and will use our commercially reasonable efforts to respond promptly to update our database when you tell us the information in our database is not accurate. BUSINESS TRANSFER

Bosma may, in the future, sell or otherwise transfer some or all of its assets to a third party. Assignment – We may assign our rights and delegate our duties under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to you or any third party.

Product Warranty:

1 Year Limited Warranty

BOSMA USA Inc. provides a full 30-Day Return Window (see Return of Non-Defective Products below) and the following limited warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser.
Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained . BOSMA USA Inc. will offer no warranty service without this number.

BOSMA USA Inc. warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, BOSMA USA Inc. will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at BOSMA USA inc., without charge to you.
Shipping fees incurred from returns for under-warranty service in the first 30-days will be paid by BOSMA USA Inc. All shipping fees both to and from BOSMA USA Inc. following this 30-day period must be paid by the customer. All returns, both during and following the 30-day period, must be affected via the Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service described below.

All original parts (parts installed by BOSMA USA Inc. at the original system build) replaced by BOSMA USA Inc. or its authorized service center, become the property of BOSMA USA Inc. Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted. The owner is responsible for the payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this limited warranty. BOSMA USA Inc. makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this device other than as set forth below. BOSMA USA Inc. makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

Except as provided below, BOSMA USA Inc. is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the device. Under no circumstances shall

BOSMA USA Inc. be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the unit.
The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

Warranty Conditions

The above Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  1. This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by BOSMA USA Inc. It is 
effective only if the products are purchased and operated in the USA. (Within the USA 
including US 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii.)
  2. This warranty covers only normal use of the unit. BOSMA USA Inc. shall not be liable under 
this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current; or (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized BOSMA USA Inc. representative; (iv) damages incurred through irresponsible use, including those resulting from viruses or spyware, overclocking, or other non-recommended practices.
  3. You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to receive warranty service.
  4. No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished to the purchaser 
in fulfillment of this warranty.
  5. BOSMA USA Inc. and its Authorized Service Center accepts no responsibility for any software 
programs, data or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for 
repair to BOSMA USA Inc..
  6. All pre-installed software programs are licensed to customers under non-BOSMA USA Inc. 
software vendor’s term and conditions provided with the packages.
  7. This warranty does not cover any third party software or virus related problems.
  8. BOSMA USA Inc. makes no warranty either expressed or implied regarding third-party 
(non-BOSMA USA Inc.) software.
  9. Thirty-day Return Window does not include opened software, parts, special order 
merchandise and shipping and handling fees.

Return of Non-Defective Products

A non-defective product may be returned to BOSMA USA Inc. within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments/fees:

  1. BOSMA USA Inc. will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the products return.
  2. No refund will be granted for software which has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way which jeopardized BOSMA USA Inc.’s ability to remarket or resell the product. BOSMA USA Inc. maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a products fitness for return.
  3. Any non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which percentage is taken from the final purchase price less any shipping or handling charges.
  4. Quantity purchases of five systems or more are not eligible for return.

To return a defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the Return of Products Instructions below. The RMA is valid for 10 days from date of issuance. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA . Manufacturer restrictions do apply. Any item missing the UPC on the original packaging may not be returned.
Procedures for Obtaining Warranty ServiceRMA (Returning Merchandise Authorization) Policy:
If repairs are required, the customer must obtain a RMA number and provide proof of purchase. RMA and services are rendered by BOSMA USA Inc. only. Any shipping costs after 30 days (starting from the original date of purchase) on any item returned for repair is the customers’ responsibility. All returned parts must have a RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a letter detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without a RMA number written on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Should you have any problems with your unit, please follow these procedures to obtain the service:

  1. If you have purchased our on-site warranty, please find your warranty# (the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was originally purchased) and contact BOSMA USA Inc. Customer Service at PHONE NUMBER.
  2. If the unit must be repaired, a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be issued for shipment to our repair department. Please follow the instructions given by BOSMA USA Inc. technical support staff to ship your unit. BOSMA USA Inc. will not accept any shipments without a RMA number.
  3. Pack the unit in its original box or a well-protected box, as outlined in the Return Shipping Instructions. BOSMA USA Inc. will not be responsible for shipping damage/loss of any product outside the original 30-day BOSMA USA Inc.-paid service period. It is very important that you write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the unit with a copy of your bill of sale or other proof of purchase, your name, address, phone number, description of the problem(s), and the RMA number you have obtained to:

5. Cross-exchange (Parts only): You will need to provide a valid credit card number as a deposit guarantee when the RMA number is issued. Once approval has been obtained on your credit card, the part(s) will be shipped UPS. You will need to ship defective unit(s) back to BOSMA USA Inc. within 15 days to avoid charges to your credit card. If such charges are incurred, the shipped part(s) will be billed at the then current price.
6. BOSMA USA Inc. will pay for shipping to and from the customer only within the first thirty days following the original product ship date. Following this 30-day period all shipping fees both for under warranty and post warranty repairs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer also assumes full liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping as well as all responsibility to pursue remuneration for such issues with their selected carrier.
After One-Year Warranty – Post Warranty RepairFor post warranty repair, the procedure is the same as outlined above for RMA and shipping. However, you are responsible for shipping charges both ways, current labor ($75 per hour if not under warranty), and the current price of part(s) used in repair.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
